Pulp and Paper – Pulp Mill Turnaround

REBL was contracted by a pulp mill to perform scope development inspections and QA work during a planned lime sludge kiln shutdown.

REBL worked with the client’s reliability engineer to inspect and assess the condition of the kiln brick lining, review drill thickness measurements, and decide on a repair scope.

During the installation of the brick lining, REBL was present to conduct QA work, ensuring that new brick were installed according to design specifications and industry best practice.

A final report was submitted documenting inspection findings, summarizing repair scope, and providing future repair recommendations.
