We believe that safety is an every day, all time function. From upper management to the newest employee, we all contribute to REBL’s culture of safety and zero harm. Our goal is to continuously improve through a plan, do, check, act approach to reach the highest level of safety, not just meet minimum requirements. We take a proactive approach to safety, focusing on positive coaching and education to ensure each employee is ready to work, whether at our shop, laboratory, or client site.

Stop Work Authority
REBL employees have the authority, and are obligated, to stop work where there are concerns or questions regarding the Environment, Health or Safety (EHS) risk associated with the tasks or operations being performed by their work team or by others in the area where they are performing work.
